I am still struggling with triggers that give me cravings to have a cigarette!! I seem to have a lot of triggers but I am always looking for things to do when a craving hits like cleaning, playing my games on my phone, or cuddling with my cat while watching tv!
A couple of weeks ago I took a really bad fall on my back and the pain makes it so I can’t go for my usual walks and also so that I can’t go outside to do yard work that I know needs to be done!
I also feel like I am going through all of this by myself. I know the people on this site are there to help, and I also have my Nicotine Anonymous meeting once a week; but it doesn’t seem like enough support. I just don’t know what to do!! I know that smoking is not an option for me especially with my COPD so I am struggling through this.
