Day 3 again

Today really hasn’t been that bad with the cravings! I have been keeping busy with my games on my phone, taking a three hour nap, and trying to stay cool! It is still hot and humid outside; but hopefully it will be in the 70’s again starting tomorrow and I can spend some time outside tending to my flower gardens!
