Day 2 again

Please people if you have decided to quit smoking and have been smoke free for awhile I definitely do not recommend having a cigarette for any reason! Use the site instead! Starting over is really tough!

Today in Maine we are having high heat and humidity so I have to use my AC! With my COPD the humidity makes it hard to breath and the AC does too! I am really craving a cigarette but I know that will just make my breathing worse and I don’t want to end up in the hospital on oxygen again! I will push through the cravings as best I can!
