Day 22

I am back from my daughter’s. It was fun, busy, and hectic!

I have to admit that the temptation of them smoking and their cigarettes laying around got the better of me. I decided to try one but after one drag I stared coughing, it tasted like crap, and I felt sick! I quickly put it out and said that’s it for me! Hopefully that doesn’t mean I have to start all over again with a new quit date!

Other than that I have been having on and off headaches but I think it is because my back is out! Different bed and pillows, plus more stairs to climb! I have my chiropractor appointment tomorrow!
