Day 12

Today started off pretty good with only a few urges to smoke!

I did end up raking another bag of leaves and debris in my back yard!

The day was going good until my alcoholic sister called to give me one of her drunken lectures about how I am doing wrong in my life and that she cares about me! Boy did I really feel like I could use a cigarette while listening to her and after the conversation ended! I don’t think I will be answering the phone for awhile when she calls! The problem is that out of my four sisters she was the only one I could trust!
