Hello EX community, I "fell off the wagon" for a bit, but I'm back to start again! My quit date is in 2 days and I'm very anxious. I did it before and know I can do it again, for good! Looking forward to my days if freedom! Happy New Year!

Good Morning Gnoble why make your quit date for 2 days in the future. why not just say, well, I fell off, but I am getting back on? Because you are listening to your addict who said, (well, if you quit in 2 days that means we can smoke for two more days) and just a little hint, you are not anxious, your addict is, don't let that addict start talking to you. Why did you fall off of the wagon, what happened, how do you know it won't happen again., ??? Your plan has got to reviewed and it must include, including relapse.
Welcome back, you have been missed. Please re-read the things that helped you in the first place. Remember that smoking does nothing FOR you, only TO you. It gets easier as you put distance between yourself and smoking. Stay close to the site. Ellen
