I have thought about smoking/vaping all day. I wanted to stop several times on the way home from work and then on the way home from dropping my daughter off at the pool. I’m home and here posting.
I know it would be stupid to ruin my 7 day quit. I gave my vape away so it would prompt me to buy smokes. I haven’t. I cut up some chicken for dinner and while doing that several quit smoking commercials came on. I’m happy they did. The craving is passing. Sitting in my chair next to my Loki Boy. It’s not worth it to ruin how far I’ve come. I’m aiming for that 6%.
