Still just dealing with this anxiety. It just really annoying and takes me out of enjoying the moment. I hope it gets better, but its just stuff that's common knowledge that gives me anxiety. Like I'll just be thinking about space and how infinite it is, and then I'll think how far the human race and technology have come and this gives me terrible anxiety. I wish I could just focus on my life and what's going on in my world.
Writing these helps make me focus on things and makes me feel less stormy minded. Thanks for your support
