130 Days

   I am on day 44 which was one of the most difficult. On the bright side, a lot of my anxiety comes from time flying by, but these days seem to be dragging. Each day is a battle and while I have won each battle It feels like the enemy has infinite soldiers. I going to promise myself 130 days. I can make it 130 days. Hopefully by then I will feel like myself again. Most things say my brain chemistry should be back to normal here in a few weeks, but all I can do is hope. I go to bed a winner tonight
