Work Anxiousness

   Today was a difficult day for me. I didn't give myself enough time to get ready for work so I was in rush, and forgot my phone. It's funny how a little thing like forgetting your phone at home can trigger thoughts like, "might as well get a pack". Vaping was my main addiction, but right now I've been thinking about all the different flavors of cigs, dip, and even black n milds. I think the cravings are lessening. I only had one at work, and It lasted for 20 minutes roughly. I bought wireless earbuds so I can listen to music and podcasts while working. I know this isn't a great long term solution to deal with anxiety, but especially during this quit I need to stay out of my head.
