We Forget How Far We've Come...

Sometimes we forget how far we’ve actually gotten and the obstacles we pushed along the way to not realize our inner strengths and focus. We all knew we had to quit smoking in order to improve physically and mentally. There could still be scars along the way inside and out….The most important part is learning and exploring about ourselves. Yes we are all different on this journey and not everyone will see the path at the same time. Yes a bunch of us will fall or wonder off and slowly return. It what you have inside that counts that doesn’t need the nicotine or the nico monster any longer….It may not be noticeable in the beginning as the craves hit fierce and hard….You think you need to light up as the headaches or the body aches won’t stop….In time they actually stop the physical withdrawals slows down quicker than the actual mental part. It’s probably because we based our personalities for a long time along smoking that we didn’t see past the light that we can be non-smokers. It’s a journey of not only looking for reasons to stop….It’s for learning more about what you  need inside to keep you going. You know that light bulb effect that says I can do this – I can do this and wipe away the what if’s or I can’t do this today put them down and in time you will find a different outlet to release pressure and stress. You will be amazed that’s all you need to do. Are you ready to change your life? I’m not a preacher I just know what works for me.
