Share your quitting journey
Have anyone of you hear of the site called in "inspire" it's run by the American Lung Association - and this site reminds me a little bit of their location in cyberspace. It's not a bad thing really - That site and the people on their COPD portion helped me to understand what I am going through and what I face on a daily basis. It's sort of like here --- blog styles and you can write your own section as well. The point of all this is no matter what point we are at our quits --- we all have the same common goal - to remain smoke free. Don't let the things you can't control get you down. I just get in to ruts every now and then because I want to run full speed but realize it's more of a jogging pace. No matter what happens I haven't given up. Understanding my weakness and strengths helps me to cope on a daily basis. When your life flips upside down --- trying to turn it right side up is not always easy...Lots of bumps in the way. Sites like this one helps me to cope with staying smoke free and not dwell on the past. Thanks for listening.
