So how many on here have a Husband, Wife Partner, Significant Other that is still smoking and it doesn't effect your Quit. Does it bother you or not? Do Yall talk about it or not? Did they try or say they Quit and didn't? How does this make U feel? I'm curious.

Always think of your title as an "advertisement". Entice people to read the rest of your post. It gives them confidence whether or not they have an answer. If it's vague they might pass it by for another post that gives them a clue to whether or not they have a response... Short and succinct but make it unique and descriptive.
Examples:
- Does having a smoking partner affect your quit?
- How does having a smoking partner affect you?
- How does a smoking partner make you feel?
- Are you upset by your smoking partner? And more...

My girlfriend smokes, at first she smoked in my car, til I told her that it bothered me. She’s tried to quit but her stress levels got to be too much for her. I gave her my leftover Chantix, she started taking them for about a week but she stopped because she NEEDED A CIGARETTE and smoking was more important to her, she still smokes but not in my car anymore. I’ll watch her smoke when we go out anywhere together. But she’s not ready to quit

I know I can't Quit for him. But it drives me crazy.
I will change it around Joyce quit smoking 5 plus years before me. I know at times that I made it harder for her and she actually came close to smoking again because of me. I was a hypocrite to the max as a couple times we would argue over her wanting a cigarette and I'm telling her no while I was smoking. I give Joyce and all those who have a spouse or significant other credit for having such a strong inner self and I have great respect for them. I myself now realize that it shows my addiction was a selfish and disrespectful addiction
The reason I'm asking is my husband Quit he started up again. I really hate the stale smoke. I Quit so I could live a Healthier Life and Longer Life. He says he doesn't feel the need to Quit. So I don't talk about it anymore. He doesn't smoke around me at all but the fact is he still smokes.
I didn't - but did find blogs and comments from plenty of others here who did. Their experiences might prove helpful!
