AGAIN 😔

Hello all! Here I am (again   ). I was smoke free for about 3 years and like a fool I decided one day to have ONE cigarette. One. But you see, it’s never just one and I should’ve known this, I should’ve remembered. But I didn’t and here I am again preparing for yet another quit day - Monday the 23rd. I’m going to go buy some patches, just so they can add a little to my confidence. I feel horrible, for my health, my kids are seeing me smoking, I smell horrible, and the list goes on. 

Mom ready. Just wanted to check in, say hi and have a few words of encouragement for the wonderful people here. Tony, are you still here?????
