I am on my second day of no smoking. It's been pretty good, better than I expected. The patches and gum have helped ALOT! I know people say that they have heard of some people getting addicted to the patches and stuff but to me, it's better than smoking all the other chemicals to get the nicotine. I am planning to go down in the dosage of the nicotine with the patches and the gum helps when I get a strong craving. I pop a piece in and in a few minutes, the craving is gone.
