It has been 20 days, 15 hours and 10 minutes since I had a cigarette... I am so excited. I treated myself to some beautiful jewelry and still did not come close to the amount I have saved..I am having craving more frequently. I want to try the cinnamon toothpicks but it is difficult to find them. I will continue to follow the mantra N.O.P.E. I have gained 3 lbs but I know once I begin working out again I’ll be fine. However, does anyone have any additional ideas to curbing cravings without using the patches.. They seem to be worse than at first. I wore them for a week then just quit. I feel so free.. Hoping everyone is feeling their best self and continuing to persevere.
