spent a lot of time today playing frisbee with my kids and nephews....(I’m 63 and my kids range from 20.....23....27....& 30....it was a family outing).....running around a big field chasing down frisbees and throwing them..and you know what I noticed?.....I wasn’t getting out of breath!.....I wasn’t feeling winded!
its so much better being able to breathe easier.
