Day 4

Well today will be the 4th day on chantix. No real bad side effects except some weird dreams and a slight headache. I've picked the 15th to be my quit day but I'm hoping I'll be done before that. I did notice that I smoked a lot less yesterday so that was awesome. I'm excited for the day that I don't have anymore cravings for cigarettes and I'm able to put them down all together. I'm so ready... I wish I had more support from the people around me. They don't seem to realize how hard quitting is. I'm glad I can at least blog here and have the support of others going thru the same feelings I am.
