Today marks 3 years since I began a journey and took control. I cannot believe it! In fact last night I couldn't even remember my quit date! For those of you who are thinking of quitting or just stepping out to become an ex, know that with each small success, sometimes won minute by minute, you are gaining control of your life. I am living proof, as are countless others in this group, that it CAN be done!
