I feel I can do it this time

Ok, so I bought a pack of smoke. And ruined my last effort. 
but I quit again on Dec 4, and it had been 4 days since I smoked a cigarette. 
I am so happy to have not smoked for 4 days. 
I am making myself small goals. 
 - quit 7 days 

 - quit 14 days 

 - quit 21 days. 
 - quit 40 days 

I believe I can achieve it this time. I am also using some breathing techniques from Art of Living foundation called the SKY kriy that is really helping me stay focused. 
I highly recommend SKY meditation for anyone.
