 Yes you are strong enough.  You did the right thing.  Just coming to this site and reading/posting got my me through cravings.  Keep up the good work.  (Did you quit already?  You have a different date listed.)

Yes i quit last night i have to change the date.. couldnt handle the thought of what it was doing. Thankyoy so much

When you feel a crave, take deep breaths, in through your nose and hold it for a few seconds and then exhale through pursed lips, much like you exhaled smoke.  My respiratory therapist recommended blowing bubbles which I do when the weather is good...I go outside and sit and blow bubbles and watch them float away.  If I exhale too quickly, I don't get any bubbles.  Remember that this gets easier...it is a one day at a time, sometimes one feeling at a time, journey.  You can do this and coming here is the best thing you can do for yourself...stay close to the site.  Welcome to EX,

I'm in PA also.  So how are you doing with you quit.?

Some days are easier than others. Yesterday was really hard!! But was able to get through.. phew today not so bad. Everyone's encouragement and suggestions really help. It can get tempting because not everyone in my house hold is smoke free and I don't think they understand how important environment is

That really makes it hard.  Do they smoke outside or have you asked them to smoke outside?  You'e doing great.  I always reminded myself even if there wasn't support, I'm doing this for me.
