Smoke Free Christmas

I made it through my first smoke free Christmas in over 35 years! It was by no means easy and I have to admit it was VERY HARD for many reasons.

To be honest, at certain points of the last couple of days I felt down right ANGRY that I couldn't smoke, because boy oh boy, did I want to just feel a puff...

Going back to day 1 is NOT an option for me.. I fought those cravings with conversations, food and chocolate..Not a bad deal.

I MADE IT
