Good morning all. I made a decision over the weekend. I decided after 4 weeks and 4 days on the 14mg patch it is time to go to the 7. I know I'm going to have to get off the nicotine all together if this is going to work. So, put on my first number 7 this morning and we'll see how things go. Hope everyone has a good smoke free day.
