Moving Forward

Good morning all. Day 92 here. I've been this far before and failed but hopefully not this time. I'm on the patch and down to the 14mg now. Couple more weeks and then to the 7. I'm new here and want to wish everyone the best health and success. It is difficult to say the least. I think the most difficult part is the unexplained sadness, that's harder to get past than anything. Hopefully through prayer and support that will end. Again the best to all and have a good day.
