Resolutions or not???

Happy New Year to all!


There are things in my life I need to improve, fears I need to conquer, but why would they have to be part of a New Year resolution?

There is a time and a place for everything in one's life.  I've broken so many New Year's resolutions throughout the years, including quitting smoking.


But if you are still a smoker, thinking, starting to plan for your quit, pick the day and go for it, the first day of the new year is as good as any other day!


The sooner you quit, the better for your health, wealth, happiness, relationships, respect from your kids, self respect!


As soon as I put this on the side as "resolved", nearing 3 years in March, all that is left is to maintain it.

Quitting smoking gives you wings to conquer everything else in your life!


May 2019 be the year of your forever quit, and for those of us who've already done it, may we stay near EX, to protect our own, and help our peers build a solid quit for themselves!
