Facing a challenge?

Busy day at work? Yes, I have one of those, quarter end, lots of stress.

And to make it even "better" we sent some data out to the client with errors; will have to re-work that, ASAP, potentially today, if not over the weekend!!! My team offshore is already fixing it.

But I told my boss we have a challenge, not an issue!!! Normally this would be considered an issue, but I elected to call it differently. And I smiled, and she smiled, the outcome will be better for everybody if we smile, work with a smile, face a challenge with a smile, ride a crave with a smile.

Funny smiles, anyone fun of that???
