It was easier going to the office on Monday-Wednesday; today is work from home day, and all I can do is watching Princess (Xena's sister) and respond to all her demands.
She can't find her place either, she's been showing signs of getting lost in the house before, she'd be screaming from the hallway, and all we had to do was call her name and she'd join us. Today she spent more time around me than she ever did before.
And I try to be myself too, but I come here, not being able to do much but post some lame comments, trying to be funny, but not really feeling it.
Here they are today, around my desk while I was working...
Yes I am sad, yes, I don't know what to do with myself, yes I am missing my pet, but you know what???
Through all this not even once did I think a cigarette would help...
And this too shall pass, just need to give it time, much like we need to give to our quit...
