Some years ago I was reading many self help books.
It was from one of them I took the formula:
E + R = O
Events + Reaction = Outcome
The only way we can change an outcome is our reaction; event will always come our way, we can't stop them. But we can adjust the way we react to events to impact the outcome.
It is the same way with smoking: if we adjust our reaction to positive or negative events in our lives, electing to not include smoking, it will keep our EX status intact.
