Today is day 18 for me.
I've saved $85.52. Not smoked 180 cigarettes. Regained 4 days of my life. Saved 15 hours not smoking.
This week has been a little more tricky for me. I'm getting frustrated with myself because I'm still tired all of the time. If I don't get at least 8-9 hours of sleep a night, I'm dragging the next day. Learning to deal with stress in different outlets has also been difficult for me.
On the other hand, I can see that I've made a lot of progress since day 1. I know that things are looking up. I can't wait for the first day where I don't think about cigarettes.
