Day 5 and still going strong, had a few urges yesterday, but I'm getting them less and less! I'm breathing better now and its a wonderful feeling!

About the Author
I'm in the military and grew up around my whole family smoking, I never smoked until I joined the navy. 2 months on my ship and I was smoking just so I could take a break during the day, it's been 5 years now, still in, but I want to quit!
