Day 4

My husband bought more and I have barely thought about smoking. A few times here and there and I thought it'd be so easy, but I am determined to quit and I was able so far, to not smoke. I only hope that throughout the day I can still successfully beat the cravings and urges and I hope that I will be able to say that tomorrow is Day 5.
