It's hard to quit and I'm back to square one now. Almost. I'm using the nicotine gum but sometimes when the urge is stronger than what I am prepared for I have some drags of my e-cigarette. I'm getting there but I just can't do it over night! And nicotine replacement helps. I'll do something nice for myself today and go to the gym and the sauna and do a face mask after when I get home.
