It is really hard to abstain from vaping (you can do it in your room!) when your trying to quit tobacco. I'm having difficulty. The gum helps but I'm thinking about nicotine all the while! I know it will get better because it already got better from the last times I tried to quit. It takes a lot of figuring out of your triggers and how to beat them! I just wrote an extensive list of triggers and how to combat each one. That makes me proud! Yeah! I did slip up, but the steps I'm taking to prevent a relapse are numerous! I should actually be proud. I am.
