Okay, I'm feeling weird after lunch. Normally Tuesday's my relax at home night where I chain smoke my brains out without the worry or judgment or constraint of the public domain. It's a wonderful evening. BUT not tonight, NOPE! To boot my husband will be at some working class until 9 PM so I'm on my own. It's 4:08 PM and I am 1 day 17 hours and 37 minutes nicotine FREE.
Here's my Day 2 PM plan....
5 PM leave work
5:20-5:30 PM arrive home
5:30 - 5:50 PM Walk dogs/ backyard time
5:50 -6:00 PM Feed dogs
6:00 - 7:30 PM Gym
7:30 - 8:00 PM Whole foods - buy magnesium
7:30 - 8:30 PM Dinner / Clean up
8:30- 930 PM TV
9:30 PM - sleep.......commence day 3
I took melatonin last night to go to sleep and may do the same tonight, we'll see. Any other suggestions for a NOPE and smooth but relaxing evening is much appreciated. I hope I make it through tonight. Tonight is the night I have broken in the past. But you know what? I do need to acknowledge the situations I've faced that I expected to be insurmountable that was really no biggie. Yesterday my morning routine, where I traditionally smoke 5-6+ cigs, and I smoked zero and guess what I still got ready and got to work....early to boot. I thought I'd probably freak out when I got home from work where I would normally smoke 3-4+ smokes within about 20 minutes but it was fine. Then I went to my meeting where I would normally have smoked 2x on the way there, 3-4x while there than 1-2 x on the way home. I smoked zero last night and the night was totally good and fine. I felt fine about it.
