204 days and lower BP!

I just want to share with all quitters how much quitting smoking can have such positive health benefits. Just prior to my quit, I had a physical and my blood pressure readding was 160/93! Very high to say the least. I just had it check and with a little help from exercise my new reading is 107/68!! I could not believe this. For those of you who are like me and like to see results through numbers, checking the improvement of your blood pressure is a great motivator to continue your quit!! Good luck all!!
