I got really helpful responses on my last blog entry "Planning My Quit", so thank you all for still supporting me. Today will be my new quit day...I know, it's not my first time trying, but I was told not to give up! I just hope this feeling of being ready to quit will stay long enough to surpass my cravings. I've been holding off for too long and I'm probably not the only one. I feel like I've run out of excuses. If I do keep on smoking I am just taking more minutes, hours or days off of my life span, but I can make a difference if I stop. If you have any more advice don't shy away! I will see if I can buy or borrow that book everyone is talking about.
