I made it!! I've been very quiet on this site but I come here EVERYDAY, sometimes a couple of times in a day, and read and read and read. I know that is one reason why I've got this far and I couldnt be happier. I have NO desire to go back to smoking. The benefits I have gained from quitting, there is NO WAY I would give that up. Breathing is easier, exercising is easier, my family is closer and I don't have that nasty smell following around me anymore. Life is awesome!! Thank you EX!
