I live in western NC. I have smoked off and on since I was 19. I have quit many times. This time is more scary than ever because I want this so bad... for my health and family. I don’t seem to enjoy smoking as much as just the habit of something to do and the nicotine. I take medication for anxiety and should be good there. Bought some lozenges. Just want to succeed.
