Thru out the day and evening I go outside be it Hot or Cold, Rain, Snow or Shine  not to smoke just to fill my lungs with fresh air, feel the grass under my feet  and just look around for a few minutes. I often wondered how much I missed when I smoked. I know on a cold wet rainy day or on any day I always seemed to keep my head down when I smoked and not pay to much attention  to anything except my cigarette.

Just a few minutes while I was outside in between rain drops on this gray day I looked up and over in my neighbors tree This awesome Red Tailed Hawk was perched at the very top.  I was a little slow to get a picture as it took flight but the wingspan had to be 4 foot. Beautiful thing to see  even on a nasty rainy day

So much more to see when you're smoke free
