Anyone here have tips for those gloomy days that sneak up on you? I’m having one today. I feel it’s all a struggle and want to give up buy a pack a smokes. ( Even though yersterday was a good day. ) when I originally quit smoking I was told it helps one quit smoking to get a ecig. Hah! Now I’m addicted to to that! I’m kicking myself and feeling depressed . THIS IS HARD!
