Haven't posted in a loooooong time but wanted to check in and see what's going on. I'm at day 321! It's not been the easiest thing I've ever done but it's been so worth it! I still get a craving now and then; it lasts about 15 seconds then it's gone. Still get the "wish I could have just one" thought every few months but I know what would happen if I had "just one".
Good luck to all of you who are in your first days and weeks of your quit. IT WILL GET EASIER! To those who are contemplating quitting but haven't pulled the trigger yet: Do it! There's no time like the present!
