I haven't been sleeping well since starting the Wellbutrin; falling asleep is no problem but I wake up several times during the night and often wake up around 4am and can't go back to sleep.
This morning was no different except one thing: I didn't get up, make a cup of coffee and go outside to smoke. I did feel quite anxious, though. The thought of how I'm going to get thru the day kept creeping in. I got on my laptop and printed 2 copies of the 100 things to do instead of smoking. I'm taking a copy to work today and keeping a copy close by at home.
Hopefully I'll have some time at work to check in and read everyone's words of wisdom!
Your off to a great start! I wore a rubber band around my writ at beginning of my quit. When I craved, I snapped the band and jumped on my mini tramp until it passed. I Alo used Vicks Vapor Rub under my nose and the Vicks inhaler. That stuff was magic crave killer for me. I had the little blue bottles on hand everywhere. Its good your here blogging, keep up the good work! Hugs~Missy
