Enough Treats!!!!

Fifty Days and I need a temporary sabbatical from Red Vine Licorice, Dark Chocolate with Ginger, with Forest Mint, with Sea Salt, Popcorn popped in Coconut Oil, Kettle Corn, Tortilla Chips with Homemade Salsa, Nachos, Cheese Enchiladas, Refried Beans....It's been Fun and I only gained a couple pounds letting these faves creep into my daily diet, but....having an addictive brain, I've been gradually eating more and more and more of these delights and they have been satisfying less and less...Cold Turkey is the only way to detox from the sugar and carb overload which is making me cranking and puffy...back to lean protein, healthy fats, veggies and a bit of fruit...asparagus in season and avocados have been on sale...back on track for me...thanks for letting me vent!!!
