Firstly I’d just like to say thankyou to everyone who’s already given me some very helpful information. Today I’ve been training myself not to think on smoking. I keep “losing” my vape so I don’t have an urge to use it. I was able to go 2 hours without it, tomorrow I’ll go 3 hours without so on and so forth. It’s been relatively easy to keep distracting myself so I’m going to keep working on the distractions to get away From the urge. I want to make this happen in one go. It’s already been insightful in thinking about how I’ve it’s going to be to breathe again. I’m not writing as much today as I’m busy but I said I’d do this everyday so here it is
