Once more, I am going to attempt to quit smoking.  I've tried probably 4 times before, but it never 'stuck.'  I'm not, as they say, "a Spring chicken," anymore, and my health has been better.  I've been hospitalized twice in as many years for pneumonia.  I could blame it on my luck, but I know, deep down, that it is more than likely directly related to my smoking.

I'm not going to lie.  Quitting smoking has me as nervous as a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs...
