Share your quitting journey
So I picked my quit day and I’m going to do as many of the suggested tips to quit. My biggest hurdle isn’t deciding to quit, it’s figuring out how to quit when talking about smoking makes me want to smoke. I am hoping that this isn’t a problem but I’m thinking about all of my triggers and that was one I know I have a problem with. It doesn’t feel right either that I am blogging when I haven’t actually started yet. Maybe this will help someone if I tell you that right now when I smoke it doesn’t feel as fulfilling as it did years ago. I haven’t enjoyed smoking for a while but keep doing it. I’m ready... I think.
