Happy Thanksgiving to all of you and your families and loved ones!  This is my 2nd smoke free Thanksgiving. I have have one more thing this year to be thankful for in my life.  I don’t do that anymore. I learned the hard way that it never makes ANYTHING better. It only makes your health suffer.

I’m thankful for my family and animal family. They are not pets. I’m grateful to all of you who helped me to be able to celebrate NOPE in 679 days of freedom.

For the newbies, I know it’s not easy for you. Holidays are never easy. They bring up all kinds of emotional turmoil. But you are strong. You are doing this. That is why the first year is so important. It’s a great milestone. In that year you will have vacations, holidays and many different challenges   You will get through them and each event will make you stronger. Protect your precious quit at all costs. No one ever wants to start day one again. Please make this day WON

God bless you and your loved ones. God give you strength. Remember when you don’t see or hear his footsteps, that is when he is caring you in his arms. You are never alone.
