Hi All today is my quit day 5 I saw a commercial about quitting. It’s all different people singing the song I Will SURVIVE
about stop smoking. It’s great and moved me so much I taped it LOL I usually fast forward commercials! Also when the bad craving hits I’ve been saying in my head NO you are not the boss of me. I am now. I hope this can help someone or at least make you smile !
