Hello, I am 22 years old, my quit date is 07/01/2020. I have been smoking since i was 15 (I know thats not long) but I have tried to stop before and just can't seem to do it..my stress gets worse when I do and it makes me want to smoke even more! I have finally realized that its not only hurting me but the ones around me...but I'm afraid to try again of failing and being in an even more worse postion than I am in now...
