days ago, my 1st day was very hard COLD TURKEY. didn't sleep well at all toss and turn all night.very hard to deal with, also stop drinking vodka at the same time. I figure i must stop drinking vodka, cause that will trigger my habit i also stop drinking beer at the same time. started drinking beer after 20 days. loving every pound (10) pounds that i gain.
